  2. Hey great vid once again! A gap year is probably really smart actually. Being one person it may be a bit tougher but still doable. I'd like to visit all those places, go seemy relatives in the UK, maybe Scotland and Ireland. An ultimate goal would be a $10,000 train ride out of Victoria Station on a supreme train line for one week! (yikes cost wise, I know, but one can dream!

  3. Can you talk a bit more about how you are able to work anywhere? Is it just from the investments? I’m 24 too, currently working a 9-5 and I’ve been wanting to move to Madeira and travel as well, but I feel like I need guidance on how to switch to creating passive income, which is literally the only thing holding me back as of now.

  4. Really nice to see the other part of the family share their thoughts and ideas on travel. A lot of good ideas for a broad audience. I was stationed overseas in Germany in my teens/20s and am planning to return as an expat to France in the next year or so. The ability and ease of travel and experience other cultures and expand your experiences are a calling to not wait on while health and mobility are good.

  5. Great to see you sharing this video: you look alike !!! Nice delivery, very eloquent, very appreciated. Thank you!

  6. A couple thousand a month? I guess if you stay in one city per country but if you want to travel around the country is this doable?

  7. It's always a pleasure to watch your videos. So Americans like to follow the crowd. Portugal looks good on paper. I lived there quite a few years ago. I never thought that it would become the it place. It was ok. Portugal is absolutely beautiful, but I didn't particularly find it that special.
For me, people can make or break a place. I lived in 5 European countries. I would have to that Spain was my favorite place to live and Portugal was my least favorite place. I found the Spanish warm and friendly, while I found the Portuguese cold and a bit racist, if I'm honest. As a black person, our experiences can be quite different. I didn't settle in any of these European countries because I wanted more for myself. More opportunities and more equality. I ended up moving back to the US. I appreciate the US so much more.
    No place is perfect.

  8. Croatia is beautiful. Places on the coast along the Adriatic are not cheap to stay though. Dubrovnik good for a day but very touristy and although we liked to see it we would never go back. Afterwards get the bus down the coast to Montenegro and stay a month there, it’s not in the EU but it’s on the Euro.
