I received a Chinese elm as a gift about a week ago, and I don't really know what I'm doing, so I'm mainly looking for advice. Since getting it, I've been reading up on how to care for it and watching YouTube videos.
I've been keeping it next to a window so it can get indirect sunlight, staying on top of watering to ensure the soil remains damp, and using a mist spray to help with humidity.
I'm still trying to figure out a lot, like what feed to use, how to tell when it needs repotting, how to trim and shape it, and so much more.
Any help, info, tips, or advice would be welcome. I'm completely new to this and want to learn how to take care of my Chinese elm properly.
If you have any recommendations for YouTubers, that would also be helpful.
