Roots are growing out of the bottom of the pot but there is still plenty of space inside the pot and my understanding is Hoyas like to be snug in their pots. Do you all recommend keeping as is for a while longer, repotting but maybe in the same pot just getting all the roots back into the soil, or upsizing? New to Hoya care and appreciate any guidance. Thanks!

I would gently take it out of that pot, put about an inch of chunky/airy medium in the bottom and repot it back in the same pot.
