That’s a pretty big jump, which would increase your risk of root rot. Have you pulled it up to see what the root ball looks like?
Also, perlite is okay but over time with watering it starts to float to the top of your soil. I recommend leca and horticultural charcoal as they’ll stay put for even drainage.

To large. You only want to go up like 1.5x size pot at a time or you’ll risk root rot with a super large pot.

Use the new pot as a decorative outer pot and keep your existing pot inside (and maybe prop it up with another upside down pot so it sits higher)

I think the new pot is too big. It will spend its energy filling the pot with roots and you won’t see new growth.
