Monstera story continues:
–
August 2018: after getting married in July, we decided that I would move to my wife’s church so I took 2 cuttings from the monstera and left the rest of the plant at my old church. I put the cuttings into soil right away and the plant spent a few months living with a friend.
–
December 2018: If you take cuttings from the growing tip of the plant, the leaf size and fenestrations should continue from that level – that’s the case for this plant. If you take a middle node, the new stem that comes out will have less fenestration but will get back to similar levels in 2 or 3 leaves.
–
January 2019: welcome to your new home! Your growth potential here is amazing with these four immense skylights.
–
Tomorrow: the thrips invasion, root bound issues, and the pandemic.
