My toddler trampled my Lilly Pilly plant and broke it, just like my heart 💔 can it be saved?

My partner and I planted Lilly Pilly tubes stocks (Aussie compact) about 6 months ago, the roots seem to have taken well and they’re all doing pretty good, until my 1.5 year old tore through the garden bed like a tassie devil 🫠 he broke this little one off at the base, I’m just wondering if it can be saved? The roots seem good but will it grow with no leaves? If I need a new plant I’ll have to order it, we are in remote NSW so I’d love to save it if I can haha
