Hey all. I have a vigorously growing tree that randomly sprouted up. Green gray lightly speckled bark, grew about 3 feet this growing season. Whenever I see something like that I assume tree of heaven or something but I don't think this is that. Didn't get a clear result from inaturalist. Anyone know what I'm looking at here? Guessing invasive but I don't know. I'm in Eastern upstate NY.

If you could take a couple up close pictures of leaves, leaf buds, and perhaps one a step back from the plant that shows overall structure I could try and help with an ID
