Propped a skinny plant into three smaller plants.

I had this one FLF that was so skinnyyyy! I decided to cut and prop with no clue what I was doing, but 2 weeks later, roots appear! Yay! However, what is this white stuff? I need all the tips and tricks. Could be normal, but I’m not that savvy with these FLF.
