  2. Oh yes, masses of pots. My sister didn't want to understand that I didn't want her empty pots too. I use a new toilet brush to clean the pots.

  3. Biodegradable or compostable used coffee cups make great pots as well and you can just plant the whole thing instead of transplanting into the ground.

  14. Very good Ideas, thanks! But your idea of ​​potting mint to enclose it within a bed doesn't work. Believe me, I started like that some 15 years (or so…) ago and mint and lemon balm are now EVERYWHERE.

  15. A couple more alternate uses for pots :
    1. upside down pots on sticks makes for a good mesh support if you don't have hoops..
    2. i use small upside down pots on top of young plants for protection when I want to spread extra compost or mulch after they've been planted out .

  16. I wish i has watched this video before I discarded a whole bunch of mine into the recycling bin. I had quite the collection! It was getting a bit too much for my balcony garden 🙂
