I want to propogate this plant, it it's a top cut. I don't know what's happening this this one. It's been sitting in water for some weeks. All the leaves are still green. Is it still healthy, will it still grow actual roots?

New plant growth sprouting!
Give it time you might be surprised I’ve kept a rubber tree leaf for a looooong time just hoping for a root then a Cpl mos ago it started to curl slightly and lose color then boom overnight a 2 in long root!! Now she’s thriving 😊 good luck!
The node is in water so it it will grow roots from the node. It’s a root primordial, the early stages of root development.
