Help!
Hey!
So I went to view a piece of land today, approx 5 acres, in Scotland (under Stirling council).
Firstly, I'd like to know if anyone can identify the type of grass that is here and the other plant.. just so I can do some research into them as I plan on grazing my horses if I buy it.
Secondly, there was a stream running through it and it was quite squelchy – does anyone happen to have any insight into permission for planning surrounding drainage within this area of Scotland?

EDIT: Eventually, I'd like to be self sufficient here – I plan on, once the land has been sorted, requesting permission for a few container homes for myself and some friends/family.. there's a water inlet gushing in but I couldn't see whether there was an outflow pipe as there were lots of reeds in the way, but I'd be looking into using this water at least for the animals, as well as growing some food if I can
