half celebrating the progress on these wet stick nodes! half what do i do now with the guy who has put out a leaf?

these guys are so exciting to me!!

i’ve had these two monstera nodes for about two months now. I think i’ve finally got them set up in a way they are liking, and growth is moving along! the thicker and stronger node has a leaf out now, and i’m wondering what i should do with him? no roots yet on either. in the last pic u can see the slower node is finally pushing out of the bud!(zoom in :)) I’m considering moving the leafed one into fluval? i really want them to survive and become plants ❤️
