The top bit is more crispy feeling while the bottom brown spot is softer. I can’t tell if she’s sunburnt, overwatered, both?! I did give her an extra watering recently right after the crispy spot at the top appeared because she had to be repotted that day and soil was bone dry. I was giving her 8 hours of indirect grow light then bright shade til sundown but went down to 6h of the grow light as the crispy spot got bigger. The soft bottom spot has just appeared overnight
