Would you separate this Monstera (see second picture)?

I have this Monstera consisting out of three plants and am thinking about repotting it beginning of next year. I can’t really decide if I should only keep the biggest plant in the pot to have it less messy/bushy as the second picture shows. What would you do? 🙂
