Looking for suggestions of how to liven up the house I rent! I’m not familiar with plants at all, much less the ones able to brave the Texas heat. I would love to introduce some low-maintenance and preferably budget-friendly foliages, vines, or flowers, perhaps in planter boxes or hanging planters?
