What is she?

For a bit I thought it's a Hoya but now I'm second guessing. Does anyone recognize this plant? It's been growing well hanging in my large east facing window (moved it today during redecorating but that's beside the point). Fairly thirsty and quick growing when happy, it's at least doubled in size since spring hit.
