Horticulture Terrariums

First terrarium!!! Opinions?

i honestly don't know if I can call this a terrarium since it seems like a really specific term and also im on reddit and assuming things on reddit makes me nervous but I just wanted to know if it looks nice!!! i did this as a quick project after I collected moss from the park near my house, i wasn't really expecting to make this since I had an idea for all the moss but I realised it was stupid after I collected it and I had been wanting to make a terrarium so I just used what I had on hand
I used clay pebbles as a false bottom and i didn't think to use a substrate barrier so that will probably make a difference in the long run
i built up a thick layer of substrate which I basically just used a gardening mix of soil since I had nothing else on me and I thought it was the closest I could get to replicating what the moss was previously growing on without going back outside because it was already dark out, then I used the sphagnum moss I collected as a base layer for the other moss to grow on and built it up on one side of the back of the glass where I would be putting all the other mosses. when I put all the main mosses in I realised it was looking a bit bland so I went outside into my garden and grabbed some bark chips and put them in there and then I sprayed it a bit to make sure it was hydrated 😋
I know that next time I make a terrarium I'll use a substrate barrier and find a jar with a lid since currently I'm using a cork placemat that just barely covers the top with small holes still there but idk i really like it and I'm proud of myself for making this all alone and I think it's pretty good for a 12 y/o But that might just be my ego 😢 i couldn't stop asking my parents if they liked it aswell until they got fed up with me jumping around and flapping my hands lol
Lmk what you think tho!!!!
