What are these?

I thoroughly inspected this plant (Hoya multiflora) when I bought it and the only thing I found was a small orange crab spider, which I relocated.

I’ve had it for a few weeks now and these growths have popped up basically overnight. They’re orange with small dark spikes and don’t move.

The pot has drainage and I water whenever the soil is dry. Bright indirect sun with a few hours of direct sun in the afternoon.
