Hi, I am new to monsteras and I think that my monster is healthy because it has a lot of new growth. But I don’t know what to do with it next.Should I put a post in it?

This is a bunch of plants in the pot. Each one has a distinct front and back, and these are facing different directions. Ideally, the front should always face the light source so that the plant has good morphology. Most growers separate these into their own pots. This is because a study was done that shows when the plants are spaced closer than 70 cm, leaf size is reduced. I recommend looking around the sub to find posts where others have separated the plants. Plus, you can’t effectively support them when there’s more than one or two plants in the pot.

As well, this should ideally be located in a sunny window. See how the newer foliage has a horizontal poise? That’s because of the overhead lighting and needing increased light exposure. I strongly encourage you to gradually introduce some direct sun and slowly increase that. This will acclimate the foliage so that it doesn’t burn from sudden direct exposure. That newer growth is a bit stretched and increasing the light exposure will prevent this in the future. Best of luck!
