It looks like a Melnor, right?
I had one of my valves get sticky (and only open when pressure was relieved). I emailed the customer service, they first gave me some troubleshooting tips which didnt work so they then sent a replacement. They didnt ask for a receipt or anything, just a photo of the unit. Super nice customer service
