Are you experienced with cacti and succulents? Otherwise putting them into a jar without drainage holes is a bad idea.

Desert cacti need and love airflow. Cacti also need and love well draining mineralic potting media that are not sand. Also if you give them the amount of direct sunlight they want, you will cook them in that jar and after watering the humidity will be way too high for desert cacti.
I can see here that you are giving them the exact opposite of everything they need to survive.
While I like the idea – the execution will be certain death for all of these cacti. I would suggest to by a big shallow pot with drainage holes and recreate the landscaping in there. But with a decent potting medium.
