And honestly that wouldn’t be a bad thing, it helps obscur the neighbors’ yard that’s a dead zone. I’ve just never seen the tufts on top, guessing this is seed…?
This is Arundo. Very invasive and grows super fast. I live in Italy and they are super common. When they cut it they will grow back in a matter of days. They basically spread like bamboos.
