On eastern coast starting to get a bit chilly outside. I don't think I necessarily want to bring the plant inside (cats in home), so I was thinking of putting it in my garage with a simple grow light over the winter. Will these tomatoes still grow/ripen in the garage?
Every now and then, I will come home and find all the leaves SUPER droopy and not very supportive, even though I water the plant as needed. Why is this? Image attached.
I grew this plant from seed in the start of June this year, and it has just now started flowering and produced three tomatoes, all pretty small so far. If i'm being totally honest, I don't know the specific type of tomato, but I am assuming beefsteak.
How long will it take for these to be ready to harvest? I am worried the plant will die without notice.
