Fallen soldier

Received this cactus as a lil pup ~2 years ago. Tiny little thing when got it. She's since seen quite a bit of trauma, but keeps on trucking along.

Bit of back story, about a year ago, before a big freeze, a gust of wind blew her off the patio and her top broke off from the fall. tried to salvage the broken off piece (~6" of the top). triaged the main plant, and tried to rescue the top (broken off) portion, unsuccessfully. Honestly, I thought I lost the whole plant, but eventually the bottom portion scabed over and started showing new growth.

Fast forward to now, it's thrived in its neglect, and the new growth has made it top heavy.

It can't stand upright in it's current state. It spent a few weeks (by weeks, I mean months) fallen over like in pic 3. I finally threw some gloves on and tried to get her back upright on her own, with no success. So she's currently leaning up against a support beam to keep her upright.

I suppose my question is – what steps should take to help her to continue to thrive and grow and stay upright?

I imagine the pot have her in isn't ideal, but idk what l can/should do to get her in a place to stand upright on her own and continue to grow.

Included a photo of her next our 80lb lab. Bc dogs.
