Obviously the tree had to go because it was so close to the slab, but isn’t this stump going to rot and bring bugs in? What should be done with the stump?

And surely this isn’t a reasonable repair to the landscaping. How is that little bush supposed to fill in where there was a mature bush? The bushes are there so I don’t get in trouble for my AC unit being visible.

I am so frustrated with the property managers for several reasons. Could someone please tell me what to say to them? Please give me specific questions to ask them in order to be effective? Thank you for any help you can offer!

Looks like the tree had to go and bushes will grow back. Your A/C will work more efficiently like this

You should be thankful that they cut that tree down. It would cost thousands to get rid of that. Who plants a tree that close to their house anyway???? I mean I guess some people want extensive (and expensive) foundation damage in their future.

  4. Looks like a very professional job. If you hate the stump buy a outdoor pot and plant some flowers and put in on the stump. You are directing your anger at the wrong people. You should be pissed at the person who thought it was a good idea to put a tree that close to house

  5. Wait until you see the lawn damage when you bring the stump grinder in.

The bush will grow, poison the stump, or ask them to poison the stump.

Stump is a good place to put a bird bath. Bush will grow. Don’t see a problem.
