You got her two months ago and only watered once? Now you know the answer to your question. It looks dehydrated.

Was it always in this medium? Take it out and check for root rot.

  2. It’s in a mixture of soil, leca, and pon? I’m not new to hydroponics or semi hydro, and I’ve never seen a soil being mixed in. I feel like that’s a recipe for bacteria? Very open to being wrong here, just never seen that before.

Was it always in this medium? I know all the YouTubers and even some redditors will say you can covert mature plants to semi hydro, but I’ve never seen it. The only monstera I ever lost was a 6 leaf established plant when I tried testing the method and going straight into leca. It doesn’t work.

That being said, you’re far from too late, and it can definitely be saved. If it’s always been in this mixed medium then, it’s going to be nutrients. If the medium is mostly semi hydro then you need to supplement nutrients each watering.

Now if that is also being done, then it’s light. I’ve found that my variegated plants thrive better under incredibly bright lights. I literally blast a Mar’s Hydro TS1000 at them.

Now if all of that is being done, then idk…. Maybe plant aids or something?
