Potted this monstera earlier this year from water prop and since then its grown significantly(put out 3 of the variegated leaves). Is it time to repot based on the roots? Or should I wait to repot until the spring?
It is currently in a 6 inch plastic pot. If your advice is to repot what size pot should I move up to?

What are the growing conditions? Light set up for winter? I would personally repot to like a 7/8 inch pot now even though the seasons about to change so you don’t end up with drama over the winter months
