Tomatoes post Milton

Central Florida

We went to stay with my in laws for a few days during Milton. When we got back to our house, my tomatoes were intact but had a significant amount of dirt splashed up on them from the hurricane. I tried to prune off any leaves that looked infected/diseased (i.e. any leaves with yellow or brown spots). With my heirlooms (Lillian's Yellow Heirloom – picture 1 and Pink Brandywine) I had to remove almost every leaf. My Sungolds (picture 2) fared slightly better – they held on to their tomatoes but still had a significant amount of diseased looking leaves. The Everglades tomatoes by far fared the best and not many of the leaves looked impacted.

Now I'm wondering if I handled this correctly? The heirlooms look so sparse I'm not sure if I overdid the pruning. Also, I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do to reduce the spread of disease? I know I need to mulch and I was also thinking of spraying with a baking soda/water mixture, but I'm not sure if that will harm an already weak plant. I also have 2 young kids and havent found a fungicide I feel comfortable using. Any advice would be appreciated!
