Philodendron

Help me with my horsehead

So i bought this philodendron bipennifolium as a baby maybe like 3-4 leaves, I put it under a grow light in a open cabinet kind of setting with a skylight above, then it quickly out grew that space. The leaves started to curl and I could tell it wasn’t super happy even though it was still pushing out new leaves… I don’t think it is a watering issue i water thoroughly every 7-9 days. Im located in LA so i guess maybe it does get dry, but its been pretty humid for the most part like 60% in the room. This plant has spent most of its life under a skylight/artificial grow light. Its got a well draining soil mix for philodendrons. I recently put it back into a plastic nursery pot and gave it a moss pole, and it seems to be way happier. I also moved it from the space it outgrew, but now I’m trying to figure out where i should put it… Is the leaf curling a humidity issue? Can it be a lighting issue? Any recommendations on what I should do or how this can do better? (I don’t really want to run a humidifier, and am not really sure what the best artificial light is for this specific plant)
