Succulent Plants

Mutation?

I added a grow light for my succulents 2 months ago. This E. agavoids has since shown some beautiful stress colour (pic 3 is before). However, I notice there is a stripe that doesn’t turn red. It’s not variegated as the leave is totally green. Is it some interesting mutation?

Also could anyone maybe identify the cultivar? Is it okay being this red?

sometimes cool things like this just happen. I have a hybrid that did the opposite and gave me a red stripe over a green leaf for no apparent reason.

the red color is good! it means it’s getting enough light to show off its “stress” coloring (that’s a good thing it doesn’t mean it’s stressed lol)
