This cutting from my neon pothos has been in this water for three weeks and no sign of roots. It’s in a clear jar by the window, I have cuttings from another pothos I have that I cut at the same time and all of them have roots, they are all in the same spot. What am I doing wrong?

Did you cut off a part with a node. The nodes I belive root easier
