Is this rot?

Hi all! I am wondering if the end of my albo monstera cutting is rotting or fine? I chopped it from my mother plant last month and it already had that big root as an aerial root which has no grown roots from it. However the end/ site it was cut at is looking worrisome! Thanks for help!
