How much to charge to remove these 5 bushes?


Hello I just recently started doing odd jobs on the side I got a job digging out these 5 bushes, 1 is just ornamental grass, im charging them $350 and that includes disposal. Did i lowball myself? What should i charge? I'm new here any info helps thanks 🙂

    I’d expect $100 for a trip to the dump and maybe $300 to remove em. Depends on your area I guess.

  3. Absent that utility marker, it would be $500 for removal/hauloff of the plants & root balls. No corrective ground work or patching. With active utilities, I’d double it or suggest you simply cut them off at the ground and apply herbicide routinely over the next year to kill regrowth.

    Maybe a little low…depends on travel time and cleanup…taking it just below grade? The woody shrubs might cause you a bit of grief.

    I used a chain hooked up to my escape to rip out some bushes like that. Cost me about $40 for the chain. If you have an SUV or truck it’s the easy way to go.
