I've been babying this monstera cutting in water for a few months. I finally felt like it was at a good point to put in soil, so tonight, I mixed succulent and orchid soil (I felt the orchid was too chunky and the succulent soil wasn't chunky enough) & I've done a similar mixture before with my other type of monstera & it drains well. But I guess I didn't get this mixture right because I get it in the soil and water it & it is not draining fast enough 😭 like water was sitting in the pot/soil for a hot second. Should I take out the wet soil and do a new mixture? I hate to disturb it now that I already have it in the dirt but also hate for it to not drain enough. Any advice is appreciated. I don't really have a green thumb. Thanks!
