Philodendron

Philodendron leaves curling + drooping

Hello everyone,
I have had this brazilian philodendron for almost 8 months now. It has grown quite well since then but last month I found out that it had root rot and that’s why I changed the soil, cleaned the plant and repotted it. Since then, it has been consistently droopy and the leaves are not firm as my other plants. I checked the soil today and it’s still wet.
At the same time, I had put a cutting in water, nothing! No roots, same drooping and curling.
What can this be? And what can I do to revive it?

needs soil w grit. you just saw root rot and returned it too the same conditions that perpetuate root rot. make a substrate that 1:1 soil and grit.
