About a year ago, I bought a baby with 2 small and 1 severely damaged leaf from a supermarket here in the Netherlands for €5. It didn't do anything for about a year, but this year when spring hit, all of a sudden, it grew immensely.

I have one too and I look at it every day with fondness. What a spectacular plant. I almost wish I had bought two when I saw them, but I’ll probably have a secondary one I can remove from this one if it’s too crowded. I have two whole new leaves forming right now and I’m thrilled
