What happens if Alex wants to have ‘friends’ stay the night? AWKWARD 😬
Mother and son should have considered #3. The ensuite for mum would have been perfect if son had come down for the weekend (he would have his own bathroom), and, later in life, if she finds the stairs difficult, there was also the possibility of creating that bedroom downstairs – with another bathroom on the ground floor for her.

For the mother and son house hunters, i would have gone with house 3. I will use the 20k saved from my budget to put my own stamp on it. For the couple, i prefered the 2nd house, great price and turn-key
Really enjoyed the episode. Don't know if it's just me but there seemed to be an awful lot of ads. Has YouTube upped the ads on videos? It's becoming unwatchable for me. It's a shame.

This was a very good episode, and really enjoyed the new scenario – mother & son house hunters – it was a pleasant break from the usual young couple looking for their first joint abode or wanting to get from a rental to their own and procreate.
