This time of year comes so quickly but yet at the perfect time. Summer is such a busy time of trying to grow food and get ready for winter while still enjoying the warmth. By the time summer comes to a close however, I’m always ready to say goodbye to the garden and outside work for the year. The garden did well, especially the potatoes. All of the plants that we pulled that are edible we gave to the cows and horses and they LOVE it! That is why I was cutting the zucchini so it was a bit easier to bite into. I have so many plans for next year already but I am looking forward to a slow winter enjoying indoor projects and being cozied up inside.
