Hi CK and Cg Can you please give Lap'au Farms a huge thank you! It brought back a lot of memories for me. My Mom worked as a Bookkepper in the agricutural industry for 50 years. I remember helping out on the Mushroom farm she used to work alot. Packing Mushrooms, Harvesting them, Selling them at the farmer's market. We ate a lot of Mushrooms and other fresh veggies. Because the farmers here will trade their produce for other farm produce. It's where I first got my gardening bug.Unfortunately the Mushroom farm is no longer in business as the owners retired. Even tho I am 64, I will continue to keep growing my grocery store.

Such a wealth of knowledge. My husband was stationed on Oahu so Hawaii is in my heart. I learned a few things there from a landscaper friend. I’m fascinated with the use of mushroom / mycelium.
