Freezing Temps Are Here, Last Plantings Of The Year Boxwoods, Fruit Trees & Arborvitae

In this particular video I rush to get my last plantings in before more freezing weather. The plants I have left to plant are fruit trees, an Arborvitae and boxwoods, I also provide most of my newly planted trees with some protecting against rabbit browsing during the winter season. Welcome to my garden & property located in the high desert of Northern Arizona growing zone 6b.

  1. You are a visionary I admire that you are making your property mutch more than a piece of land but a home

  2. We used to get our plants from the trash bins at KMart, that's been many years ago. You can over plant these little residential lots in a hurry, many plants/trees have come and gone. Gardening is good for the body, better than milk. 🙂

  3. Do you ever have problems with connectors popping from expansion and contraction, when it freezes and there is leftover water in the lines? That green will make that area pop. Your Buddha statue was sopretty in the snow! Have a good one!😁✌❤

  4. Can you use the chicken coop as a green house the structure is there and the wire covering could help to protect certain plants from the Rabbits. And you could tie up a straight post to the pear tree to support it I hope everything works out for the winter take care. Safe travels.

  5. Just FYI myself and my wife love to watch your videos. So down to earth. We will be in Arizona mid November. Maybe we will run into you? lol keep up the great work

  7. I’m dreading winter but got to deal with it. It’s supposed to get up to 77 degrees today. I love that. Thanks for a great video. Loved it

  8. I enjoy your videos so much, all the thought you put into what goes where and the end design of how it will look in the future. I will miss the property videos, but will look forward to your tours in California now-thx so much for your wonderful and interesting videos.

  9. This is an interesting video. There is a lot of planning where things are planted. It should be great next year. Take care of yourself and Moo Moo.
