Rhubarb is a perennial plant that you can only eat the stalks, because the leaves are poisonous. Rhubarb stalks are good for making jams and pies.

  1. Madam why did you put too much sugar in your jam, sugar is not good for health you would have put only 4 cups.

  2. I’m enjoying watching your videos today as we wait on this Hurricane to pass. What a welcomed relief you bring to my spirit when I’m watching. I am loving be looking forward to your final “By Byeeeeeeeee” to us ❤

  3. Corine, I noticed you be killing your chickens. Every time they get beat up you know and looking bad down at the bottom but is your rooster that’s doing them like that he’s trying to fertilize eggs you separate him from your chicken. I guarantee none of them will have that bloody behind anymore. He’s the one that’s doing that. It’s not your chicken that’s doing it. It’s the mail the rooster but anyways, thank you for all the info. I really like watching your show. You have a great day.❤

  4. Oh Mama Carine! I really enjoy your videos. I'm going to try to grow rhubarb in my back garden next year! Did you start the plant from seed?
