Siloé Oliveira: What to do with EXTRA KALE – Caldo Verde Recipe – Vegetarian

After a growing a bumper crop of Kale leaves I decided to use my harvest by cooking Caldo Verde. Making good use of my harvest is a priority in my garden. This vegan adaptation of a Portuguese classic soup is delicious and nutritious and is a new way of incorporating kale in your diet.
