I just made a small batch of refrigerator pickles yesterday, not sure how they will work with the burpless variety I used, but I figured I would try! Next year I’ll plant a more suitable pickling variety.
Those jars of bread and butters takes me right back to my grandmas kitchen. I was always in charge of cleaning the cucumbers and making sure the table was ready for the assembly line.

CiCi Li on youtube has a few recipes. I actually watch all of her videos and never made them myself, but they are different so was going to give them a shot if I ever get any cucumbers this year.

cucumber salad, there’s a creamy (using yogurt or sour cream) and vinegar version.

You can dehydrate them and make cucumber powder. Cucumber powder can be used in seasonings, drinks, dips and sauces.

i do what you’ve done, just make a ton of pickles using random recipes. Garlic pickles, hot pickles, dill pickles, onion pickles, ect.
