Cut em up and put em in olive oil. Spicy oil for years.

  2. okbutdidudietho

I just made some jalapeno jelly with mine

  3. BotanicalLiberty

Make jalapeno poppers with pimento cheese and bacon!!!💝

  4. actuallyanicehuman

Slice fresh, remove seeds. Steep in lemonade for 12/24 hours. Spicy refreshing drink served over ice with lime slice served with tacos 🌮

  5. rosenbergpeony

Slice them in half. Remove the seeds. Stuff them with a garlic cream cheese mixture, wrap in bacon, and cook/grill them.

Alternatively, stuff with cream cheese, encase with ground beef, wrap in bacon, rub with bbq seasoning and sauce, and bake.

Nah, you have too few Jalapeno pickles, but that is easily fixed.

  7. ZeraQualm

Dehydrate them, crush them in a food processor and you will have a delicious seasoning.

  8. OnlyNeverAlwaysSure

No, you currently don’t have enough jalapeño poppers and have a way to fix it.

  9. Oh my goodness They are gorgeous!!! You could make Jalapeño Poppers!! That’s really just A Jalapeño w/o seeds and with cream cheese, fried. I like mine fried or not, they’re really good!

  10. Spiceybookworm

/r/fermentation and make jalapeno hot sauce, or make spicy giardiniera (<- google that if you don’t know what it is)

I like to stuff with cream cheese and cooked bacon then freeze fresh. They are great coming out of the freezer baked at 350 for 20-30 min depending on your preference.

  13. cynd3rkat

Chef john from foodwishes on youtube has a jalapeno, green onion and pickles sauce he puts on breaded pork chops, sounds wierd but sssooooo good, highly recommend it, jalapeno poppers too are good

  14. tanstaaflnz

Put them in a ziplok bag, then straight into the freezer. We had some for over five years like that. take them out and dice while still frozen for stews.

  15. Drawn-Otterix

Time to make and freeze jalapeno poppers, could also try making jam with them.

  16. browneyedgirl65

    pickled jalapenos

    candied pickled jalapenos

    chili paste/sauce

    roast & freeze

  17. AwkwardTurtle94

Jalapeño infused tequila! Great for jalapeño margaritas!

  18. MoonJelly222

I spread mine ( whole) on a cookie sheet and freeze them.. After they’re frozen you can put them in zip lock bag , then back in the freezer.
This way you can take out only what you want to cook with and they’re not all stuck together 👍🏻.
Plus, they are easier to cut up when they’re frozen.

  19. Here’s my favorite, simple brine recipe! My husband can’t get enough of them. It works really nicely with banana peppers as well.

    20 jalapeños sliced, stems discarded
2 cloves garlic smashed and peeled
    1¼ cup distilled white vinegar
    1¼ cup filtered water
1 tablespoon sugar (optional for flavoring)
    2 tablespoons kosher salt

In a medium sauce pan combine sugar, salt, garlic, water and vinegar.

Heat to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar and salt.

If you like a softer pepper, pour the brine over your pre-filled pepper jar while it’s not. If you like a crunchier pepper, let the brine cool before pouring it into the jar.

Dehydrate and make jalapeño flakes, I did this when I had waaayyu too many chilies from my garden harvest to possibly eat so I dehydrated them and had a nice large mason jar full of flakes, three years later I’m still eating them and the flavor gets more and more intense.

  21. tables_AND_chairsss

That’s like a moderate amount of jalapeños. You should be set for a few days, yes! But then what happens in 5 days when you need more?????

You guys eat jalapeños as if they were apples, or is that just me

  22. Chivo_565

Let some of the ripe and then sun dry them! Boom you have some tasty Chipotles

  23. Tiredplumber2022

Incorrect. One simply CANNOT have “too many” jalapeños!
    😅

  24. SleepingAnima

Send ‘em to me! I’m pregnant and can’t get enough off hit stuff.

  25. ElectricalGuidance54

Impossible! Cowboy Candy, salsa, pickle your own jalapenos for nachos! Big plus, those can all be preserved via water bath canning and you can eat it all yourself this winter or give them as gifts. Grats on a good crop btw.

  26. MorteChevalier

And you’re not stuffing them with cream cheese and burnt ends, then wrapping them in bacon and smoking them until cooked because…?

  27. IllinoisWoodsBoy

“You don’t have to tell me what happened, but you do have to eat these.”

  28. karmicrelease

Damn those are some photogenic jalapeños
