This is the second plant I have ever grown, have harvested one cucumber and it was delicious! But we had some very heavy rains after and all the cucumbers now have these white patches, some leaves did have some intense powdery mildew which I’ve been attempting to combat, but I’m not sure if this is caused by that. Is it safe to eat? Can it be wiped or scraped off after harvest? God I have so many questions and Google is kinda useless to my unknowledgeable brain.

Definitely a severe case of powdery mildew, it looks like it’s been infected for a long time so I’d advise to remove it from the branch gently (so as not to disturb to spores), not eating it, sanitising the cucumber and throwing it In the compost
