Call them capsicums where I am and these look fantastic mixed with red and yellow ones. I cook them up a bit and eat them on toast with some curry powder and crushed tomatoes. Great way to kick off a Winter’s day.

Peppers for the most part, turn black as they ripen before their final color. Works for bells and hot chilis

Peppers tend to start green then change to yellow/orange/red/purple depending on type as they ripen, they are edible at any point
