Plants are on a south facing balcony in Brisbane, Queensland. I thought it might have been a fungal infection and have treated with liquid copper however that hasn’t helped. It’s worse on the undersides of the leaves and kills the leaf where it sits. Any help identifying and recommendations for treatment will be appreciated. Thanks

Maybe some kind of scale? The marks nearer the stem kind of look like it, but the others dont. Can you scrape them off with your fingernail?
