This renter friendly backyard makeover shows includes a DIY patio, setting up a sun shade sail, a small play area for the kids and more! This is the thing I miss most about this house! Great lesson here: if you want nice stuff and can’t afford (or don’t want) to pay someone to build, you can do it yourself. I hate people who complain they don’t have nice stuff but don’t want to do anything about it.
