Question on your green house – so you keep all winterized plants and tropical plants in a green house without heat below 10 degrees? So happy for you guys that they are doing so well. I need to experiment here with all tropical plants it does take over inside in winter for us.
Ohhh lovely! Gives me hope for my future lemon babies. I seen one extra tip for winter wrapping the trunk in cardboard/frost blankets/ burlap sack. So happy to see it's thriving.
just wondering – instead of using heat, will lining up the walls of your greenhouse with some cardboard sheets or thermacol sheets save the plants from cold ? maybe the space can get a few degrees warmer. or using a little hay as a light blanket to cover your plants. or just some hay on the soil to prevent the roots from getting too cold. hay will not block air circulation or reduce moisture retention but might provide some warmth.
