Today, we’re showing our small front yard landscaping ideas! We did a quick DIY front yard makeover that took only 2 days! Our front yard is very shaded and small, so we wanted to have minimalistic landscaping with fresh dirt, just a few plants, some drip irrigation, and black mini bark to finish it off! Enjoy and be sure to enter the Hart Tools giveaway above!

  1. I love the plant choices! I would pick the string trimmer! My husband travels for work and like you, the gas and oil things are so intimidating to me!

  2. I really enjoy all your transformations!! I would love to be entered to win the Hart Push Mower as my family and I just moved to Texas and definitely need one for our new yard. Thank you for the opportunity to enter this contest!

  4. We are so happy you could join us in South Carolina! Good luck to everyone in the giveaway!

  5. Amazing job! As always ❤️ can’t wait to have my own house to try all of these amazing tools 🥰 but I would love to have the blower if I win ☺️ keep working on your beautiful house cause I enjoy your videos so much!

  6. 🤩I would love the blower as I live in a town house where a mower isn’t needed, but a blower would be ideal🤩

  7. WOW, I'd love to get the push mower or blower!! Either one would make my live a lot more easier!!

  8. Thanks for the video, great to see the progression! Amazing tools! I would love to have the string trimmer, love the idea of the durable carbon fiber shaft, and my gas trimmer's on its last leg!!

  9. What a great transformation to your yard. I love shade plants! I'm 6q and do my own gardening, unfortunately I have had double masectomies and cannot push my heavy gas mower. The lawn guys I hired are constantly running over my plants, an electric push mower would allow me to do my own mowing, which I miss doing..

  10. I would love a trimmer that I could use to help hubby! Looks like we should switch over. I Love John Deere mower but they can be so loud so we have to wait till later in the day so as to not disturb neighbors! You guys are lucky duckies to get all those products to try out!👏👏👏❤️

  11. That all looks so good. I started redoing our front planter beds last year and planted only perennials. They are coming back so pretty and I have added a few more this year. I am loving the space. My only problem is that when my wonderful husband helps trim the edges, he always blows grass into the beds when he weed-eats. I would love a string trimmer that is light enough that I can use it…and take some of the burden off of him (wink, wink).

  12. The front yard looks amazing! My husband and I have inherited his parent's house and boy does it need work on the yard!! To keep from transporting our lawnmower back and forth to the house I'd choose the push mower! it'd be perfect for the yard!

  13. Huge transformation! Nice job 👍🏼. I would definitely choose the leaf/mulch blower as that’s the one outdoor tool I use the lost of during summer. Love the convenience of it being battery powered and the peace of mind doing it myself!

  14. I spent the weekend sweeping mulch off the driveway and that blower would have made it so much easier!

  15. Looks great. I could definitely use the mower. It would be so much easier for me to operate since I'm unable to start up a standard gas mower. I would be able to mow my own yard instead of pay someone else to do it since I am getting into yard work. I'm truly enjoying it. Thanks

  16. I would love to win the battery power mower. I currently do not have one and would love to be able to use this on my yard. Great job on your yard!

  17. I love your front yard transformation. Great curb appeal! I look forward every week for your very inspirational videos. I would love to try the cordless trimmer. I currently have an electric one and the cord always gets tangled up somewhere as I move around the yard.

  18. Looks great, we have to replace our mulch every year all my flower beds are in full sun…I love the push mower, I like to create cool lines in the grass…lol

  19. Hart tools seem to make all the work easier and fun. Would love to try the mower, mine is 25 years old 🤦🏻‍♀️. Thank you for sharing your experience with us Hart tools and your beautiful garden.

  20. The Hart tools sound like they are simple to use. Love the idea of not making a lot of noise. I hate waking the neighbors. Having a mower like that would be great 😊

  21. I would love to try out any of the Hart items just because what caught my attention was battery operated 😍 but if I have to pick it would be the lawn mower. We just moved and I’m intrigued on not having to use gasoline and stink like it.

  22. You guys did a great job! I am here in So Cal as well & it’s all about low maintenance & low water😉
I would love a battery powered lawn mower- current one is electric & I’m always struggling with the cord & watching not to cut it in half!
    I love your minimal style😍.

  23. Everything looks great! I would definitely want the blower. Mine is gas and heavy and I’ve been looking at the battery operated tools and want to change over.

  24. Great video! It was fun to go with you to South Carolina. Great tools and demos. Never heard of Hart, but I won't forget now. Thanks, Valerie. And the yard looks great!

  25. Hi, I love your videos and I want to mention I recently read when your mulch looks faded you don't have to remove it and lay new mulch. There are mulch colorant and dyes available online and at garden centers that makes old mulch look new again. A number of manufacturers make safe dyes and they are available in many colors, I thought I would share the info.
